Single-family housing project of about 320m2 adding a 100m2 barbecue forming part of a plot for private use.

Mediterranean-minimalist style design  It was designed to adapt to the uneven terrain, distributing private spaces (rooms) and common spaces on 3 levels, where the barbecue area with a games room stands out, integrating the new construction with the existing one, thinking of combining both areas as a whole.
